How can I use the URL field in the #project section? I use the URL field for the video, for the image but i cannot use the url firld to address an other page. Also if i use the permalink. Someone can help me?

You can go to Appearance > Customize > Front Page Sections > Projects Section then add a new project section and enter the URL there.
