At the bottom of each post, “No comments yet” is not translated and I cannot translate it as there is no entry in the POT file. Can you please fix this?

We will update the POT file in the future version of theme.
In the meanwhile you can update the POT file using Poedit and translate the theme as described on the following pages.

Yes, and I already use Poedit etc.
But the issue is that there is no entry in the POT file!
What i meant is to create new POT file or update existing one using Poedit so that that entry will be added in the POT file.
Ok, that is now done. I uploaded the attached new .POT, .po and .mo files to my server but the translation is still not performed as expected. Bizarre!
I also completed the translation on the WordPress page of the theme in case you use it.
The files didn’t get uploaded for security reasons so please upload it by adding them in zip file.
Also please tell a bit more in detail what is not performing as expected?
Here is an archive containing the fr_ files. I also attach a screenshot of the private web pages showing the issue in a red ellipse and a screenshot of Poedit with the concerned translated text. You will see that the text with ID 38 is not translated in the web pages (blog and post).

You can try translating it by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.
