Video widget not working

Hi, the video widget’s settings seem easy enough, but it is not working for me.
Attached is the error I get.

Can you please try some other videos? I’m not sure if this is a video player problem, the error you have right now is coming from video itself, not from the video player

Did you try using the video link that I sent above? I used WP’s own video widget and it works. Perhaps you could also tell me which settings I must include in the Shapely video widget? I put in my YouTube ID and the video’s URL only. WP’s own video widget only asks for the video URL and it works.

Well, it’s resolved by using another widget, but not resolved with the Shapely video widget and I’d like to know if I’m doing something wrong… Can you please advise on the settings?

if this widget is working as you want then there is nothing to worry about, otherwise, I need to check it from the backend, have you tried my previous suggestion? I’m not sure if this is a theme problem, because it was reported by the video, not by the theme script
