And can I add a text area for pull quote in betweeen the featured image and the the post title because I’m using the theme for a magazine.

You can try achieving this by using the attached custom child theme of Activello theme that contains some custom code.

That child theme, which you are shared before was increasing the size of featured image as well as the content area. Actually A dont want to increase the size of the content area.
The child theme which you are shared last is showing an error ‘The parent theme is missing. Please install the “activello” parent theme’ by the wordpress.
