website is not full screen when open it on mobile

Hi there
thanks for the greeeeeaaat theme

1- my website is not full screen when open it on mobile, when i open it it show a clean page and then i have to scroll left
so i can see the website

How to fix this ?

2- slider section image dose not show up in all browser and mobile. however i user the correct image size . it shows a blank white space .

how to fix this ?

I’m going to ask you to execute the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Ensure the theme and plugins are up to date.
  2. Disable all third party plugins except those that are recommended by the theme.

Are you using any right to left plugins, also do you have this issue before changing the language of the site?

1- yes it is and the version that i have is v1.0.13
2- done , i dis active all plugins except the recommended and woo-commerce and yaost

the problem still there :confused:

3- no i don’t have . No but now i just try to change the language from Sitting > General > language
and the problem still there :confused:

also i got new error when I activate Polylang and Lingotek Translation >>see the screenshot

I found the solution ! =)

i just have to choose the language of the website as an English language even though my website in other language
