Since the Wordpress update, the options for Custom CSS under appearance takes you directly to Customizer. I had SOME custom CSS already in Customizer (still there) but other CSS under the Custom CSS tab. The Custom CSS is still active and showing on the site… but I have no way to access or change it. That code did NOT move to the Customizer.
