Great template! Please help with this problem:
I have populated the template with content. In the accordion section on index, html, the display and functionality works perfectly on tablet and computer screens.
BUT once we view the site on smartphone (i.e. Samsung s4), there is a large amount of whitespace below the text and the next accordion title bar.
We have tried style=margin-bottom:0px in both the <p> and <div accordion-content>. The white space is still there.
Some accordion content areas have more text than others. What can we do to fix this problem. Thanks
Hi there
Can you please provide a link to the problematic page?
Hello Noda:
We are not live with the website. We are still setting up pics and working all the kinks out first.
Please navigate to www.chan4d4.com
At the prompt for username - enter: colorlibnoda
Use password: problematic
in the white top horizontal navigation bar, click on ‘ISSUES’ to jump to accordion, use a smart phone to see the problem.
There is another accordion on this page with the same white space problems on smartphones - just scroll down to reach it.

Thanks - great template, and we are trying to smooth everything out.
Hey there
Sorry but looks like i need a screenshot from you because i can’t replicate this issue
Noda:
Lemme figure out how to screenshot this. The problem with screen capture is that there is MORE than a full screen of white space between accordion title bars.
I am testing on different devices.
Android 4.4.4 lots of white space
Android 5.1.1 lots of white space on one device, and the another with same android version displays fine.
OK - I found the problem If an Android user set the Accessibility–> Text Scaling greater than 100%, then that produces the white space.
I appreciate your input on this.
Steve!
Please consider this suggestion:
Add some link or other mechanism where your customer can ‘tip’ you… like a ‘tip jar’
I do want you and your crew to feel appreciated when I ask for support and get it.
btw, what part of the World are you in?
Best
Steve

thank you for your suggestion, we have such things in our canned replies messages but they are only for Wordpress items not for HTML templates, no problem, your kind words is accepted already
