Why photo on site is different size and different resolution?
you can see at [email protected] and [email protected] (first post)

For [email protected] I move from blogger
but [email protected] is normal

Please try regenerating the thumbnail images on your site by using the following plugin so that they will appear same size.

Now I click “Regenerate All Thumbnails” and wait 100% already
but nothing to change

It is happening because of the Jetpack plugin Photon module that you are using on your site http://blog.belltastudio.com/ so could you please try temporary deactivating it or its Photon module on your site if you are using it?

It seems this jetpack module is not updating the images stored on wp.com so to resolve the issue either disable this module or update the images on wp.com by contacting jetpack support team.

Thank you so much!

Now I deactivate Photon on jetpack already
resolution is change little but still not perfect
size size nothing to change

And I contact jetpack support team already
I send this below message to them and they reply me
(see pic)

and then I look at “Activello: Theme Functions (functions.php)” both site already, everything is same
I just wondering why still different
(see pic TRAVEL and BLOG)

Could you please just delete that featured image and reset it?

If it still doesn’t display properly on your site then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?

Thank you for sharing the site details. I logged in to your site http://travel.belltastudio.com/ and used the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org to regenerate thumbnail images and now they are displaying same on both sites.
