But slider is located top of the header. How to fix it?

You haven’t set Featured Images for your Posts.
You have placed your images inside post but haven’t set then as Featured Images. See there is a special widget in Post Edit Screen for this purpose.
Oh, I didn’t know setting featured images for posts.
