Wonky Parallax Image Issue [Shapely]

Hello all,

Has anyone else had issues with background parallax images mysteriously disappearing (and sometimes re-appearing)?

Our “lowest” parallax field on our home page is sometimes there … and sometimes isn’t. I’ve checked the image path, made sure I’m serving it secure (https) and even tried deleting the background image and sending up a fresh copy with a different filename … same result.

I’ve tried clearing the cache, and I’ve tried it on different browsers on different machines … same result.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? (Or is it just me?) If you have ten seconds and can have a look and report back on if it works/doesn’t work for you, I’d appreciate it.

Hope you are having a good day
Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict
