I have seen that this is a known issue for other themes so wanted to see if there is a fix for our Illdy theme. The coupon functions properly on the checkout page but not on the cart page. The cart page is http://www.novuseducation.org/cart/. The buy now button redirects to http://www.novuseducation.org/checkout where the coupon does work.
All plugins and themes are up to date.

Illdy doesn’t have integration with the Woocommerce, this means we are not overriding Wocommerce template files in the theme, so, this is not the theme issue, you have to check it in your plugins, start from the Woocommerce
