Woocommerce product pages all messed up. And cant resize images

See the image attached. The product pages are all messed up. However it only happens when I add the product to a category.

Also, I can’t resize the product images. I have gone to Woocommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display. I have changed the product image sizes. But this makes no difference.

Any suggestions?

Hey there,
I hope you’re doing well today

Unfortunately i’m unable to replicate the issue on my side.
Can you share the URL for the product you’re having issue with so I can look into the issue for you.

Kindly execute the following troubleshooting step:

Ensure the theme and plugins are up to date.
Disable all third party plugins to see if that resolves the issue, If it does resolve the issue activate each plugin one by one to find the culprit.

Best regards,

I deactivated all plugins and the issue still persists.

Here is the URL for the problem product:

Here is a URL for a product without the issue:

The only difference between them is one was assigned to a category.

How can I make a product image smaller on product page? I think this is part of the issue

Hey there

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can try achieving this by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

/*shifts related products and reduces image size.*/
.single-product .woocommerce-product-gallery__image.flex-active-slide {
    width: 40% !important;
section.related.products {
    display: inline;

Best Regards,

That made the page look normal again.

But now the page is unresponsive. Can’t Add to cart, or choose options etc

Try a product for example:

Again the page is only unresponsive for products that are assigned to a category

This product is the same expect is not assigned to a category, and it works fine:

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks for your help

Issue still not fixed
