Good afternoon,

I get the following message when accessing the Appearance>Customize>Widget page:
“Your theme has 6 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”

The widgets used to be displayed but now I get the message above.

I can confirm that the widgets are showing on the Appearance>Widget page
I can also confirm that the Colorlib Companion plugin is installed and activated.

How do I fix the problem?

First of all make sure you have Shapaly companion plugin activated, but if this is not the case please send your access credentials along with your website URL and I will investigate this case.
