I looked for a solution to the YouTube Video embedding costing 1.1MiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load.
I found this tutorial (http://www.labnol.org/internet/light-youtube-embeds/27941/) and added it to the header.php . Will this be lost if the theme updates?
Maybe you could integrate it, it saves a lot of page load time with YouTube Videos in the page.
I use the Oembed method by pasting the youtube URL into the Visual editor. No extra code is required. You can resize the video by using the “Insert Video” in the visual editor menu.

If you make changes in the theme file then you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation therefore we recommend you to make changes in the child theme of Activello theme which retains changes after updation.
