I recently found this template https://preview.colorlib.com/#ronaldo. I have completely copied the design but none of the code. I also have worked on it to create a full stack webpage(for the blogs). But it seems that design also falls under copyright laws. Before coding I was given false belief by someone on the internet that design is not under copyright but upon creation I researched more and found it actually falls under those. The images vary, even the svg I created differently myself but the appearance of the webpage is the same. What can be done to publish the webpage. Any help is appreciated.

In general yes, design also falls under the copyright law, so, if you copied the design then you have to obtain a license as well
