Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the interruption.
The block was applied automatically by our server’s protection, which briefly blocks any address that sends a very large number of requests within a few minutes. It expired on its own about an hour later, so downloads should already be working for you again — nothing to do on your side.
We have also adjusted that protection so it no longer counts requests from logged-in members, so browsing and downloading from your account won’t trigger it again.
If you use a script or download tool to fetch several templates at once, please add a short pause between requests (a few seconds is plenty), as rapid bursts from a tool that isn’t logged in can still trip the limit.
If you ever see the error again, reply here with the new Ray ID and we’ll look into it right away.
