Activate translation function / multisite language

Hi again,
I’d like to make my website www.gondlach.de ready for multisite language switch and hit upon the option of “translation-ready” for my theme Portum (v1.0.2). Unfortunately I can’t find the option to do so. Did I get it wrong and there’s actually only the general possibility of adding translation function (if so, how?) OR am I just too blind to find the activate-button (if so, how?)?
