I’ve settled on the Sparkling theme but much prefer the menu and logo alignment in the Activello theme header.
What key elements must I edit to bring the Activello header to Sparkling?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to create child theme of Sparkling theme and overwrite the header.php file of it in the child theme then make changes in this header.php file to make it look like Activello theme header. You have to also develop some CSS code in the style.css file of child theme to align the elements properly.
