Activello not mobile friendly, menu doesnt appear on mobile

Hii…

Could you help me, I have 2 problem right now…

  1. When I open my website on my mobile phone (iphone 5), there is menu on the left top of screen, when I click that one, it doesnt appear for menu, or drop down menu not working
  2. When I tried to customize, slider on homepage is working, but when I closed customize and click to my homepage, slider is not working. 'Til now I dont know from where the problem coming from…

As a troubleshooting step, please ensure theme and plugin are up to date.
Secondly kindly disable any third party plugin you may have installed, if this resolves the issue, enable each plugin one by one to identify the culprit.
