I am using this theme for my blog and I want to add related post below every post. Is it possible.
There is no such a functionality built into theme but you can use any of free plugins that are available for WordPress. Here are some examples that you can find on WordPress plugin repository. Since this theme uses a best WordPress coding practices all plugins should work just fine just find the one that you like the most.

Hello can not add sparkling related posts yet? I am trying to use jetpack (upgraded) and it does not show up.

Jetpack should work in this case, are you sure you tried it with proper settings?
