Adding a Portfolio link in the main menu

Hi

How do i add a link to a portfolio page from the main menu?

I’ve added links to my portfolio pages, but i have a main page called “Products” that i would like to have the images on that appear as the featured images from my individual pages (and that currently appear using the “Shapely: Portfolio for home widget section” widget for the main page.)

I understand the first part of the question “How do i add a link to a portfolio page from the main menu?” but rest of them needs little bit more details,
in order to add links to the menu you need to go in appearance > menu and add new elements in menu, you can add pages, posts, portfolios and custom links in the menu
