Is there a way to add a tagline to one specific category page? Attached is the page of the category I am looking at, and the red box is where I would like to have a tagline that shows up, so whenever a user clicks on the category from the main menu.

To achieve this you have to create child theme of Activello theme and develop custom code in it.
