After activating Illdy theme, WordPress shows white page.

Hi Illdy team,

After I activated Illdy theme, I couldn’t get into my Dashboard and my site appeared to be blank. I couldn’t sign in the WordPress.

I have enabled the WP_DEBUG in wp-config. The print out error is Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC and the line of code is …/wp-content/themes/illdy/inc/components/entry-meta/class.mt-entry-meta.php on line 50

Please advise me how to solve this issue.

Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider or go directly to Cpanel and update the PHP version to a minimum of 5.4.24

This should get you past this error
