I activated the Dazzling theme and looked at my page to start working on it. . . but it was just a white page with words and labels on it. . . all in green lettering. That was it. the words weren’t even in the same locations as your page showed, such as the menu items and articles names.
Is that how it is supposed to look while you are working on it?

Well, yes that’s normal when you activate any WordPress theme if you want to have the same view as the demo you must install demo content, without this theme is just white page without any content
