How can i Access the templates?

Are you able to view your account?
We recently changed licensing terms after 2019 so, if you cant see your license in your account then you may need to renew it

we got same issue,

previously i remember it said can access all templates in 2018. there is no information about lifetime and subscribtion etc

they can easily change it and separate into two kind of license. “All template” and “lifetime”

Apologies for the confusion @autotrof, but we did not have a lifetime deal for all templates before.
It was just A template, not a lifetime deal.
