Amado - No Header CSS

I tried to download and install the Amado theme yesterday, and when I come to install, i get the error ‘in the CSS stylesheet there is no valid header section’.

I don’t really want to go in and alter someone else’s code, and not sure if that is a violation of the agreement, so it would be great if this could be rectified as I really like your theme…

That is actually and HTML template and not a theme so you would not be able to use it on WordPress. Here is our themes:
