Another post page with grid like frontpage?

Hi – is it possible to add another page that is also like the front page and is a another collection of posts? Or should I just link to a category at the top for that in the menu? I have one static page – about me, contact page, but want to add another page that looks like the home page – but is not my regular posts.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add additional page without heavily modifying theme but like you already said you can use category pages for different posts and link them via menu or other.
