I’m using the Sparkling WP theme and have a problem/issue with how the Appearance tab is accessed. I have two instances of the website running on separate multisite databases and it does this on both.
Is it normal to only be able to access admin>appearance/theme/widgets/menus from the top menu when looking at the site itself (if logged in)? Its not available in Dashboard screen at all.
