Background image is cut off on iPad and Android

The wave background image near the top of this page speedwebsitedesign.com is cut off as well as the words “Speed Website Design” when I view the page on an iPad and Android device.

I visited your shared site to troubleshoot the issue but found you are not using Shapely theme on your site.
