I have uploaded a banner with the proper size but its width is not 100% width is short, also its upper and lower margin has space can you tell me how to remove space and have proper width?

Hey, I think your problem is solves right? can you tell me how you’ve solved it because when I visit your website the picture is showing 100%. I’ve a website too, www.villagefloralhouse.com and I want to know how to make picture full width.
