I’ve updated my WP and since then I cant configure Shapely on Customizr. The screen is blank and the Widgets menu in the sidebar display a message that I cant edit widgets there. Can you help me, please?

Yes! The only drawback is that I need to disable https to edit content, but I guess this isn’t a theme exclusive problem.
