Blogs not showng on main page and or blog page

see bottom in th eblog area
does nt show new blog

also main blog page has nothing on it - i tried to change it and add sections but there is nothing that displays brief of the blogs.

Make sure you set blog page from WordPress dashboard > settings > reading
