Blurry Featured Image

I must commend you for the job well done on Newspaper x theme. I just finished a blog with Newspaper x for a client which he hasnt started using, the website is :www.loveday247.com.
The featured image on the page and in the post is always blurry, please how do i solve this? This is urgent. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out.
In relation to your query here,could you try and disable lazy loading of images from the JetPack Settings>Writing section. Also install this plugin (Regenerate Thumbnails – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org) and regenerate your images.

Thanks for the response. I don’t have jet pack plugin installed on the website.
What else should I do apart from installing

Thanks, I have sorted the issue. I later discovered that jetpack plugin is installed on the website, I did what you asked me to and I installed https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails.
