Bought an "All Templates License" but not able to download

Hello,

Our company bought a $99 “All Templates License” [Order #282780, Invoice #2466] on July 28, 2020.
But we are not able to download templates anymore.
The person who paid the license was able to download one template apparently without account (?!) so I created this one (with the same email address we used back in July to purchase the license) to post on the support forum

Could you connect this account to the license or explain me how to proceed from here?

I have the same kind of problem. Bought it in February 2019 using PayPal but with no Colorlib account, now I have created this account with the same email used for purchase, could you please link the two?
