BUT how do I add the category name in the breadcrumbs? I have a custom permalink structure. See attachments. I hope it makes sense.

try to use permalink structure “default” and try again, in other words, you should not use your custom structure for this

This would require a developer to change the breadcrumbs code to include the category or you can edit the PHP file located at (newspaper-x\inc\libraries\class-newspaper-x-breadcrumbs.php).
