Bug, can't change post layout D

Hi!
I add new widget at bottom of my site & now i can’t to change or delet it. I just click & nothing happened.

Can i modify it from sql or config files?

As a troubleshooting step, try disabling all plugins except the recommended plugins and try removing the widget.
