Buttons and Icons Misaligned

Hi,
I’m working with the Portum theme and my buttons in the slider and services icons are all misaligned. Not sure what the cause is as I’ve tried removing and re-adding with no luck.

Is this problem already fixed? i see the different picture, please see attached picture
for icons in ministries section please add this css:

padding: 0px;
}
