Buttons or link is not work in mobile browser

I use Newspaper X theme and Forget Shortcode Buttons Plugins. When browsing my website by pc, links or Buttons work properly. but when browser by mobile phone then links or button is not working. button show just as like an image. when pressing on links or buttons it is not working. Now how can solve this issue???
