CA App Theme style.css doesn't contain a valid header.

On trying to upload the CA App theme onto my website, I get an error saying:
The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.

Please help me out!

This is not a WordPress theme, it is an HTML template so it would not work for WordPress.
