Call for action button should be linked

I am experiencing the same problem mentioned in this post: https://colorlibsupport.com/t/call-for-action-button/

But as I was investigating it, I also realized that the the CFA Button should have the <a> on the outside of the button. Right now, the hover applies to the button, but only the text is linked.

I am aware of this issue and I have already made necessary changes and submitted theme for review. You can already download it from WordPress theme developer section: http://wordpress.org/themes/dazzling/developers/

There are several other bug fixes and improvements in this update.
