Cannot change Hero image

I have a fresh install of Wordpress Multisite Version 5.3.2
Installed the Illdy theme: Version 2.1.5
Installed the plugin Illdy Companion Version 2.1.2
Inserted demo content
Both theme and companion plugin are Network active.
Have no other plugins installed
Cannot see Change image option in the Jumbtron section of customiser.
Sites are http://shopourtown.com.au/ & http://shopourtown.com.au/testtown

Screenshot attached. You can access the site with username: tempadmin password is my email address
