Can't click on custom menu links (sidebar) when on mobile

The site is http://www.alluredetailingsolutions.com/protect_restore/

When the site reaches a certain size on mobile, the custom menu that is located on the left side still appears (as the top content item), however, the menu items are no longer clickable. Help is appreciated. What good is a menu if you can’t click on it?!

As soon as the site is scaled larger, and it is a sidebar again rather than the top item on the stack, they are clickable again.

As an update, NONE of the sidebar links are clickable once they vertically stack in a mobile format. My theme has social links as well and so I can’t click on either the sidebar custom menu or the social links when the page is being viewed in a mobile format

Hi,

It works just fine in my end, can you tell exactly how to recreate the issue so, that I can check the issue?

Can you check our demo page, it creates the same issue?

Let us know,

Thanks,

Try this page…

the sidebar does not function correctly on mobile anytime the page type is set to “left sidebar”. It does work when it is “default page” which is how I’ve had to set up the rest of the site for my client.

Hi,

Use this Child theme: http://take.ms/Oqjxw it will fix the issue.

PS: Will forward this issue to the development team.

Illdy is only set up for one menu.

How did you get the custom menu in the sidebar?

Thanks!

Hi,

You can use the default Custom Menu widget into the sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets. http://take.ms/gr28S
