Can't download theme sample data (Posts and Widgets)

Hi, the URL provided in the theme download data for posts and widgets don’t work, and I can’t access those files.
I’ve tried downloading the newspaper-x-master.zip file that was mentioned in a previous post here, but still couldn’t get the links to work.
A lot of this info is dated 2021, any new updates this year?
