Can't edit general theme options

Like others, I also can’t edit general theme options. Anything in the customizer with a radio button appears cut off and can’t be selected. Screenshot attached.

I’m not using parent / child themes.

Do you have any modifications done in this theme before?

No. Well, I played around trying to manually disable the preloader since I couldn’t turn it off in the customizer, but nothing important. You don’t need to worry if you delete any modifications.

Preloader can be disabled by this CSS, add this css in Appearance > customize
