Can't edit in HTML mode at section customizing.

I need to add a Photo left to the section text and some buttons below the text.

So, i’ve tried to edit that section using the theme embedded HTML editor. I think this is quite simple, but…
But that tab does nothing when clicked!
I think this is a bug.

In addiction, i need to add a .png above the section tittle, like showed in that first image.
How can i achieve this?

I think this is a bug” - im sure this is not the bug, please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict

You can also do the same in the visual editor as well, when you click on an image it will show one small option to adjust image positions on the site

Ups, im not sure if an image can be added above the title :frowning:

I’m glad you’re here to help me!

I’ve tried several things:

  • Deactivating all third-party plugins;
  • Deactivating all recommended plugins;
  • Reinstall theme from scratch;
  • Reinstall Wordpress from scratch and then install theme from scratch;
  • Reinstall at my computer (localhost);
  • Tried older Wordpress versions (4.7.10 and 4.7.11) instead of the latest;
  • Changing the PHP version on server.

i’m exhausted and frustrated cause i was really loving this theme.

Maybe if i try an older version of the theme? But i don’t have it!!

also, there is a chance that it will work online
