cant erase the logo and only display site title

hi there
i tried inserting a logo, but it appears way to small, so i tried change it back to only display the site title.
that wont work, i cant even safe that. so how do i get the logo to disappear and display the title only again?the page is this: www.kerstinkemper.de
wordpress version 4.6.1
