Captcha Code box not showed

Good afernoon;

I have install a captcha plugin (SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam) and I have tried it in every form and place where it should works. I access to my site as a invited user because I have configured the pluging to not show captchas to registered users (attached photo). The problem happens when I write a commentary in a entry page, a code box should be showed but it isn´t. I know the plugin is working because after the commentary is sent the ERROR advertisement “Captcha vacio” (empty captcha) is showed, as you can see in the attached photo.
Do you know If it could be a problem with the theme layout or any other similar thing? Please, could you help me?

Thanks.

Hey there,
Hope you’re doing well today

It seems you have removed the captcha element from the blog pages. Could you add them back so that I may have a closer look at the issue and see if there’s anything that I can do to resolve the issue?

I look forward to your reply :slight_smile:

Best Regards,

Hello there;

The plugin install al the captcha elements automatically and the captcha element is in the blog pages although os not showed because ir you try yo write a comment as a invited user and click to send, the error advertisment “captcha vacío” appears. Try it pelase.

I look forward to your reply.

Thanks.

I can see you are using W3 Total Cache on your site so could you please try clearing the cache or temporary disabling it?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all other plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
