Carries theme installation failed

Hi! I can not install the theme Carries:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the index.php file.

But please don’t say it is HTML template cos on you sent me the link to wp-admin.

Most probably you are trying to install HTML template in the WordPress

No guys, i was buying a WP template and you sent me also login and password to wordpress admin BUT sold me the HTML version.

The Carries is among WP themes and there was NO ONE WORD that it is HTML template.

So let’s think where i can download the WP template or how to return my money.
