Categories: When a specific category is clicked, it only shows one (full) post

Hi there,

So I like having one main post instead of excerpts on my site www.legendary-peace.com

The major downside to choosing full post over excerpt is that when a reader clicks on a category or archive month, they are brought to full posts regarding that category/month. Obviously that is not very reader friendly as one would expect to have excerpts to scan through before making a selection, rather than having to trudge through full post after full post and keep clicking on the “older posts” button at the end of the page.

Is there a way so I can maintain a full post on my homepage but make it so the categories and archives show excerpts?

Yes you can achieve that by creating child theme of Sparkling theme and developing custom code in it.
