I have added a Category Page to my menu.
However, when I click on it, I get a page not found message.
Even the links on that page “Most used categories” when I click on those category links, none of them work (all go through to page not found)
Where am I going wrong?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Could you please try resaving your permalink settings?
Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where it’s not working correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

If you click on any of the categories, they go to page not found.
I’ve tried doing what you said, but to no avail.
I visited your site and it seems you have removed the category work from category page URLs.
Have you added any custom code in the theme or used any plugin to do this?
If yes then try removing it.
I wanted to remove the word /category/ from the URLs, because it looks so unnatural.
I put a . in the category base on permalinks, as suggested online.
If that solution is not working fine on your site then you can try using other solutions as listed below.
